Web Order Return/Refund Policy: All returns require a RAN (Returns Authorization Number) and will NOT be accepted without one. Please email us at email@example.com, within 3 days of receipt of your shipment. You may return any product, for a full refund, but any shipping will only be covered should the reason for return be an error on our behalf, or is authorized beforehand. You are responsible for all shipping fees otherwise. All returns, unless stated otherwise will be subject to a re-stocking fee, at our discretion, and this fee will be clearly stated with any request for return, and varies depending on the item(s).
Items are not returnable if they are in un-sellable condition, or are missing parts, and/or damaged. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. In Store Return/Refund Policy: Store Policies & Warranty Information – Exchanges or refunds must be made within 3 days of purchase with receipt. Special orders are not subject to cancellation. Seller will assist the customer in exercising all manufacturers’ warranties. The seller warranties all items for one year from date of purchase, unless otherwise specified in.
