It is valued for its dense grain, minimal shrinkage, attractive light color ease of finishing. If you have ever finished unfinished furniture, you will find this type of wood as it absorbs stain evenly. Parawood is prized as an “environmentally friendly” wood, as it makes use of plantation grown trees that have been cut down at the end of their latex-producing cycle.
Made of solid Hardwood this dining height table is 40″wide X 60″long with an 18″ butterfly leaf that extends the top to 78″long.
Strong shaker legs and a bow end seats 6-8 comfortably.
